What Was Actually Measured
Rather than promising generic SLA percentages that can't be verified, SynapSync describes what actually happened in its first production deployment: every maintenance event ran on schedule, within windows the Neural Core itself had identified in advance.
Individually Negotiated SLA Terms
Formal SLA terms — response times, escalation paths, contractual uptime commitments — are negotiated individually per license agreement, consistent with the licensing model described under governance.
