Handover as the Final Deployment Phase
Phase 5 of the deployment methodology is handover: operations team training, documentation handover, and formal operational acceptance. The SynapSync team remains available for support, but the system operates under full customer control from this point on — that's not a formality, it's the moment responsibility actually transfers.
What Day-to-Day Operation Looks Like
In ongoing operation, the Neural Core monitors continuously, classifies anomalies, and either executes autonomously or flags for review — depending on the boundaries configured in the autonomy engine. Operators see system state, anomaly alerts, and responses through local operational interfaces; none of it leaves the system perimeter through administrative channels.
Maintenance Without Unplanned Outages
In the current production deployment, all maintenance events were planned and executed within windows the Neural Core itself had identified in advance — across the full continuous operation with zero unplanned downtime. That's a direct result of combining anomaly detection with the operational processes handed over in Phase 5.
