SynapSync doesn't frame its ethical principles as a non-binding statement of intent — it frames them as concrete architectural decisions that are verifiable. Governance decisions prioritize customer sovereignty and operational independence: no governance action may compromise customer autonomy, introduce external dependencies, or require cloud connectivity.
Honesty About Its Own Limits
Henri logs its own known limitations and explicitly flags uncertainty rather than hiding it. Where confidence is insufficient to act, that's disclosed — both to the operator during live operation and in public communication about system capabilities. This site publishes figures in production and makes no claims about unmeasured, aggregated, or multi-site results.
No Covert Data Collection
SynapSync collects no telemetry, usage data, or operational information from deployed systems. That's not a privacy policy that could be followed or not — it's a property of the architecture itself: no mechanism exists through which such data could reach SynapSync.
